It pretty much looks like a tangled mess, doesn't it? It's the start of a beaded sock. Not sure what I'm doing casting on another sock... but I signed up for the Sock of the Month Club at my LYS and here I am... Oh well. At least there's no hurry to get it done.

A beaded sock doesn't sound very comfortable!
